Learn to make mozzarella and ricotta cheeses from raw milk fresh from the farm.  The best way to learn to make cheese at home is doing just this - to actually make your own cheese & experience what each step looks & feels like - both the art & science of cheesemaking. We will cover everything from the coagulation process of turning milk into firm curds to rolling up your sleeves to turn those curds into milky, smooth balls of mozzarella. Enjoy a glass of wine as you taste and learn.

I also now carry an assortment of fine cheesemaking supplies - you will be able to purchase the basics you need and along with your newly acquired cheesemaking knowledge will be able to go home and make your own batch of cheese!

Classes are limited to 12 participants so we can have lots of hands-on participation. If you're interested in attending this class your $55 payment will be your reservation, as I know from experience it will fill quickly.

Feel free to email me if you have any questions or want to reserve a seat.
